A thread started on Mahindra Truck Forum today concerning Global Vehicle's filing a lawsuit with Mahindra & Mahindra. Global Vehicles and it's dealers have fronted tens of millions in preparation for these new Mahindra trucks. Mahindra has delayed and now Global Vehicles is putting the heat on. The plan is still for the trucks to be here this year.

The interesting little Mahindra truck was poised to enter the market in America many years back. Legal troubles and supply problems have kept the truck out of American dealerships for a number of years. However, current advancements suggest the Mahindra truck is unlikely coming here at all.
